Sat 10 rows up from front on the 35, amazing stuff. Crown’s ballad put me to tears, Bluecoats’ keytar soloist blew the roof off, Boston’s ballad was their best ever, multiple standing O’s for Phantom, Blue Devils with an untouchable performance, so much awesomeness!
man that SCV opening phase is just so beautiful and ethereal. I remember the 1st time I saw those props wheeled on to the Rose Bowl field, I was like "What the hell are THOSE?". and then they unveiled that closing phase.. NO ONE saw that coming!
Vanguard has been a joy to watch this season and weekend. It has felt like they've continued to get better and cleaner with every show. Maybe we'll get an upset and see them move up a spot tonight....?
