Across all classes, 185 guards will advance to Semifinals on Friday. The top 95 semifinalists will advance to their respective class Finals, which will occur on Friday night for A classes and Saturday for Open and World classes. By the end of Saturday night, we will have six newly crowned World Champions and put a bow on the 2023 WGI Color Guard season.
Will you follow the action from home all weekend via live streams on FloMarching? Check out our master schedule, which we’ve published as part of our 2023 WGI Dashboard. The default view shows all performances in chronological order to help list every group performing at each venue at any given time. The table can also be filtered by day, class, venue, or show round by using the drop-down filters on the top of the page. Lastly, the table includes the seeding scores and rankings each group received earlier in the season at WGI Regionals. Unfamiliar with how seedings work? Check out this piece we published earlier this week: a deep dive into the whole process.
The dashboard will be updated throughout the weekend as semifinals and finals schedules are created and released. Additionally, look for a new World Championships results page to be added to the dashboard later today as scores begin to come in.
Enjoy some fantastic performances over the next three days, and we’ll see you on the other side!
